Shipping policy

We ship nationwide from our San Luis Obispo, CA location. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination but typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $300. Orders under $300 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Salinas Charreria is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. For local customers, free in-store pickup is available at 716 Higuera St, San Luis Obispo, CA.

Custom hat orders may require additional processing time of 5–7 business days before shipping.
