Who we are

Salinas Charrería operates retail stores in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, and an online store operated by AI Advantage LLC as merchant of record. This policy covers both.

What we collect

When you join our text message program we collect your mobile number, and optionally your first name, the store you visit, your preferred language, and your clothing and boot sizes.

When you buy from us we collect the information needed to complete and ship the order, including your email, shipping address and payment confirmation. We never store full card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.

Our text message program

If you opt in, we send marketing text messages about new arrivals, restocks, early access and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We use the sizes you give us so that we only text you when something actually arrives in your size. Providing sizes is optional.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Reply STOP to any message to leave the program, or HELP for help. You can also ask any staff member in store to remove you.

We keep a record of when and how you gave consent, including the exact wording you were shown, so that we can honor and prove your preferences.

How we use your information

To send the messages you asked for, to fulfill orders, to provide customer service, and to understand what our customers want us to stock.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate, such as our text message platform, our payment processor and our shipping partners. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time as described above. You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under state law.
