Who you are buying from

Salinas Charrería is a western wear retailer with stores in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. Online orders are sold and fulfilled by AI Advantage LLC as merchant of record, using inventory from those stores. Your card statement may show AI Advantage.

By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and send confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or items that are no longer available.

Our stores sell the same stock on the floor. Occasionally an item sells in person between your order and our fulfillment. If that happens we contact you and refund that item in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the type of item. Clothing, footwear and accessories are taxed differently in some states.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for store credit only. We do not refund to the original form of payment.

Returns can be brought to any of our stores or shipped back to us. Bring your order confirmation.

Text messages

Joining our text message program is optional and is never required to buy anything. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to leave, or HELP for help.

Using this site

The site, its content, our name and our logo belong to us or to the brands we carry. Do not copy, scrape or resell them.

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors vary between screens and leather, hide and exotic skins vary naturally between pieces. Small differences are a property of the material, not a defect.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties we have not expressly given, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here limits any right you have under California consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order is the one that applies to that order.
